These Terms of Service govern your use of floppypets.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Floppy ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Floppy sells fashion accessories for pets. Our hats are a style and comfort accessory. They are not protective equipment and we make no health or safety claims about them. Always supervise your pet while it wears any accessory. Product images are for illustration; prints and colors may vary slightly between screens.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and process payments through secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, unavailable inventory or a pricing error — and will refund any amount charged.

4. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these Terms.

5. Bundles and promotions

Bundle prices and promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Bundle savings are calculated against the regular single-hat price.

6. Communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter you agree to receive marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Floppy or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Site and the products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any warranty or right you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floppy will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order is the one that applies.
