Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay. The 2-pack and the 3-pack both qualify for free shipping.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard delivery then takes about 8–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Address changes
Need to change the delivery address? Email hello@floppypets.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Taxes
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties on US deliveries.
